BTV - error 5-806 - KioSuzuki - 10-25-2018

Nأ£o consigo assistir nenhum conteأ؛do no aplicativo, o erro apresentado أ© o [meta-common] cannot find user biz (5-806).

I can not watch any content in the application, the error displayed is the [meta-common] cannot find user biz (5-806).

Hi MFC service i'm a new member and new tv box comes whit free trial and do not play any video giving same error "5-806 cannot find user biz " please fix this problem asap.آ

my device name is mxqpro

I having a problem with my new box getting error " cannot find user biz 5-806آ
