Connection failed to this cloud source (5-15) - Roofi - 11-06-2018

I just upgraded to version 1.9.0 on my MXQ Pro 4K. Since the upgrade i am getting the following error message:

Connection failed to this cloud source, please try again later or another one. (5-6)

or (5-14) , (5-4)

Sorry for your inconvenience. Can you offer us your MAC which you could find it in MFC> Settings> Information of device> Ethernet MAC
To protect your personal information, please send it to us by private message. If it is possible, can you offer us photos or a short video which can show your problem?

Your problem may be caused by the internet speed is not good. Please check the speed of your internet.

I think I have same problem, Is there any mistaken that I have when I make MEGA account ?
And I think my internet speed was okay
