I bought the btv, and it my family app stopped working from on moment to another, i just changed rooms and when i turned on again, it stopped working with a message of connection error with the server and now http 502 bad getway, so i uninstalled the my family app and reinstalled but still didn’t work, the email mentioned is not working also, what should i do? (The store i bought is an official btv store that i normally buy and never had a problem)
Eu comprei meu btv, e parou de funcionar de uma hora para outra quando eu desliguei e mudei de lugar, fui abrir e estava com erro de conexأ£o, e agora http 502 bad getway, o my family veio instalado com o btv mas achei era problema entأ£o desinstalei e reinstalei, mas ainda nأ£o funciona com a mesma mensagem. O que eu faأ§o? O email cotado nأ£o esta funcionando (mfc@vmfc.io)

Realistically, how many users will be able to readily provide their device mac addresses and order number? What is the rationale behind this decision?
Surely there's a better explanation? You mean to tell us that all of a sudden service is disabled across all smart TVs, Amazon firesticks and virtually every android box except BTV and MXQ boxes?
