To resolve the error, let's uninstall and reinstall the application by following the instructions below.
Go to your device's settings and go to Apps > My Family Cinema > Uninstall.
Then go to https://www.rebrand.ly/downloadMFCmobileapp on your mobile browser and install the APP. Once the file is downloaded to your device, navigate to the Downloads folder. You will then be able to select the MFC app you downloaded and then install it.
If the error persists, please send us a video of the error.
