For about a month now I've been having problems using the search function, every time I try to use it I get a "search failed" error message. Is anyone having the same problem? Why is this happening? How can I fix this?

Im still waiting for the problem to be resolved! Any updates? I would hate to cancel my subscription and go back to using Kodi with my box

Has anyone had any luck solving this issue? It really makes the app unusable!
Hi, Sorry for your inconvenience. We had solve the search problem at the new version(1.8.3) and we are launching it gragually to all the users now. You can check the update in setting page now. If it shows "up to date", that means you need to wait (We plan to launch it to all the users before Apr. 6th ). If you want to upgrade to new version now, please send your mac address of device to us BY PRIVATE (email: mfc@vmfc.io), we will configure the update to you in advance. Once again to apologize.
