Eu assinei 1 mأھs do MFC versأ£o mobile, mas nأ£o estou conseguindo assistir aos filmes. Depois de escolher minha nuvem (Mega), fazer o login no site do MFC, ver que o status estأ، normal, acessei o aplicativo e nأ£o consigo reproduzir nenhum video, ele dأ، um erro chamado "Fonte de reproduأ§أ£o nأ£o disponأvel".
Entأ£o vi que no meu perfil, na aba de nuvem, estأ، o status de "Verificar falha".
O que devo fazer para assistir aos filmes?

I just subscribed one month to try MFC on my cellphone, but after I choose my cloud storage (Mega), login on MFCs website, then receive "Normal" stats, I tried to watch some movie on MFC mobile, but I got some of "source of reproduction not available".
Then I saw on my profile my cloud stats is something about "Check failure".
What do I have to do to watch movies?

We already checked your account status, but there is nothing abnormal found, can you please upload feedback in the app?
The way to upload feedback:
1. Go to settings > User feedback
2. Choose a problem to upload the feedback
Before that, please try to update your cloud status in My Cloudآ to check whether it can back to normal.
