Our andriod box which we accessed MFC from broke. I got a replacement device but are unable to connect as it is already registered on my old device. How do I connect it to my new device? The old device is not longer in my possession as it was swopped out at the store with a new one.
The website member page does not allow me to do this. Thanks in advance.

Can I know you are using an email account or you old box is a prepaid brand cooperated with MFC? According to our service policies, you can log-in any new device with your MFC account. آ If the old device is a prepaid brand, please contact that brand for hardware issue.
