jcaraujo - Jose Araأ؛jo - 05-09-2018 Since I purchased the monthly MFC subscription, I can not watch a series or movie normally. Before you start a window appears stating that you are not connected to the cloud or after the video started window appears telling you that an error has occurred. Dear users, There are several reasons cause this problem: 1.Your MFC cannot connect to our server by your network, you can use a VPN or turn off your device then wait a minute to restart. 2.There are some problems with our server at that time you played a video, you can record when you met, send it and your mac address to us by private or email. 3.If you played a hot movie at hush our this problem may caused by too many people watched it at same time, please send us the video(tt number) you played let us confirm.
