can not be operator problem .... when we send the movie to the cache it presents the same problem .... but only the new movies, the old ones work normal.

yo tengo el mismo problema

puedo escoger un capitulo de una serie y todo va bien y en aproximadamente uno 10 minuto se congela y temand a otra vez a la pantalla dond etienes que darle play nunca habia tenido este problema por favor ayudenme que hago ??

Sim ja verifiquei a rede e as configuraأ§أµes e tem nأ£o sأ£oآ os caches. Jأ، verifiquei tudo isso. Ja atأ© reinstalei o app MyFAMILY mas de nada adianta. Toda vez que eu entro no app Myfamily automaticamente reinicia a minha caixinha MX9. Eu tenho a assinatura anual e jأ، fazem 10 dias que nأ£o consigo usar o app. Por onde posso enviar meu MAC pra vcs de forma confidencial?

I have the same problem of image freeze, the movie does not flow, but it's just the new movies made available the older ones run normally ... just keep signing because of the old movies .... if not already canceled

Can you offer us the name of movies, the season and episode of tv shows which image is freezing?آ  Please also offer us your MAC (MFC>Settings>Guide>Next>Device ID)by private message to protect your personal information.

Since the new update, anything I watch lasts for 20minutes then freezes I reset box and still happens. Had no problem before update and I have paid for a year.
