Hi,

I bought my subscription before knowing my stb already had an account instaled. I would really like a refund as I don't have another stb to use that account. The e-mail I registered with is pil6rba@gmail.com.

Can you give us your another account and the device information(model and mac)آ by email?(mfc@vmfc.io).
We need to check the information firstly and judge whether we can apply a refund for you.
